B & T Service Station Contractors is currently looking for Technicians to service Ventura, Santa Barbara and Monterey Counties. This position will start IMMEDIATELY!!

We are in search for a self motivated individual who has knowledge of fueling systems (tank monitors, dispensers, POS systems, and pumping systems). PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND MANUFACTURERS CERTIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE APPLICANT. We service Gilbarco, Dresser Wayne, Verifone, Veeder-Root, INCON and much more. Candidate should be able to service, repair and rebuild fuel dispensers, pumps, piping, valves, and leak detection systems.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, work safely and have excellent mechanical abilities.

  • Candidate must have clean driving record and be drug-free.

  • A valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.

B&T Service Station Contractors has been the one-stop shop for everything and anything to do with fuel systems, retail service stations, convenience stores, car washes, vehicle maintenance businesses, lube equipment, hoists/lifts, remediation needs and environmental compliance since 1980. B&T is looking for an Experience Construction Foreman to be based out of our Nipomo, CA warehouse.

Construction Foreman Essential Functions:

  • Read, interpret and execute jobs according to project plans
  • Troubleshoot all issues relating to USTs, piping, sumps, vapor, etc.
  • Procure equipment & supplies needed, plan out project to minimize costs
  • Ensure a safe working environment (Hardhat, safety glasses when required steel toe shoes)
  • Report any incident or issues that would cause a delay or project overrun through the use of Daily Reports
  • Complete all projects on time and within Budget (confer with Project Mgr.)
  • Supervise a crew to conduct project – required activities in an efficient coordinated manner
  • Interface with Clients in a positive manner while providing answers to common questions
  • Ensure good communication and work closely with consultants to meet project specifications
  • Provide detailed information on field work by submitting daily reports
  • Complete accurate timesheets weekly and submitted on time
  • Ensure a “site review” evaluation is completed with the Field Superintendent and have 90% of all supplies ordered (Prior to project start)
  • Comply with Purchase Order procedures when making company related purchases
  • Proactively manage the planning of set up kit in order to minimize extra expenses
  • Maintain all equipment and trucks in a clean and good working order
  • Ensure all employees wear appropriate clothing on site

Position Requirements:

  • 40 Hour OSHA Hazwoper Training, 8 hour OSHA Supervisor Training a plus
  • Certification and Training from Petroleum Equipment Manufacturer's a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
  • CDL Class A (major plus)
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pound
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to Operator Heavy Equipment (backhoe, trackhoe, skid steer) a plus
  • Communicate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors in capacity of Site Foreman

B&T Service Station Contractors is currently hiring for general labor positions.

We are looking for people that are not afraid of hard work. Not afraid of getting their hands dirty. Not afraid of learning a trade and advancing their career. This is an entry level to role. (If you are certified in the fueling industry, please apply as well )

You will learn the ins and outs of the fueling industry, from installing tanks in the ground to running pipes, to demoing buildings to building convenience stores. If you work hard and want to learn, we will train and teach you, and help you get certified in this trade!

Duties and Requirements:

Service Coordinator needed for a growing California petroleum equipment contractor.

Must be tech savvy, proficient on a PC, especially MS Office, and able to quickly learn client specific web-based management systems.

Duties and Requirements:

  • Receiving and dispatching approximately 125 service requests per week, via email and phone, including confirming, updating and closing work orders in the company’s system, as well as clients’ web-based systems.
  • Scheduling special projects and installations, and managing the schedules through completion of the projects or installations.
  • Must always be on time, dependable, self-motivated, and work well with others.

This is an hourly position, wage based on experience, with a 401K, PTO, and company paid health insurance.
